The Managing Director of ABSON PROJECTS PVT. LTD. is committed to a policy of total quality and excellence in everything we do, and shall ensure that this policy as well as ISO 9001 based quality systems are reviewed on a regular basis for continuing suitability that is understood, accepted, implemented and maintained throughout ABSON PROJECTS PVT. LTD.
We shall strive to satisfy all customers by keeping standards and continually improving our Quality Management System. Management has recognised the necessity to maintain the Quality Management System to enhance the overall profitability of the Company and add value to our customers and business. In fulfilment of this policy ABSON PROJECTS PVT. LTD. shall ensure that products and services are supplied to meet their intended purpose and performance criteria in accordance with our customer specifications and requirements. The quality objectives will be established and renewed annually for effectiveness and suitability.
These Objectives will be directed towards our success drivers. Our customers will be supplied with products and services of a given quality, to be delivered by or be available by a given time, and to be of a price which refiects value for money. The policy of the company, for the manufacture and construction of the work and the services it provides, is clearly defined and meets the requirement of quality.
Our Quality Policy particular emphasis on: -
- Operation and maintenance of a safe system of work.
- Consistent achievement of the specified quality.
- Economy of manufacture and construction activities.
- Provision of training and instruction planned to suit identified needs.
- Adherence to programmes with best practices, and compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Continual improvement of the effectiveness of the QMS in all spheres, by establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
These continual practices show that our internal requirements are being met, whilst maintaining our client's requirements for examination, testing, checking and certification while working within project specifications and schedules.
Abson Project's Vision is an Incident and Injury Free workplace, with no harm to people while protecting the environment. Abson Projects Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace and conducting its business activities in a manner that protects the environment. To achieve these goals, all Company locations shall adhere to the following Principles:
- Identification and evaluation of all HSE hazards or aspects and the management of those risks to reduce their impacts to acceptable levels.
- Compliance with all applicable HSE legislation.
- Prevention of incidents, injuries, and pollution.
- Intolerance of the conditions and behaviors that contribute to incidents and injuries.
- Reduction of waste and conservation of resources.
- Recording and communicating HSE performance throughout the organization.
- Continual improvement of HSE performance.
The senior management shall visibly uphold these principles throughout the Company and integrate them into the Company's HSE Policy and Management System. The Board of Directors of the Company shall regularly review HSE performance. Management and supervisory personnel at each division and location shall be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Company's HSE Policy and Management System. Contractors and Subcontractors shall work in accordance with the Company's HSE Policy and comply with applicable HSE legislation. Regular HSE audits shall be done to determine conformance to the HSE Management System.
Every employee, whose work may create a significant HSE impact, shall be trained and held accountable for complying with the Company's HSE Policy and related procedures, practices, instructions and rules. Working safely and in an environmentally appropriate manner are conditions of employment. Each employee has a duty to report workplace conditions or practices that pose a safety hazard or threaten the environment and to take reasonable actions to alleviate such risks.
HSE SPECIFIC TERM
Contractor employees have to wear clean and acceptable working clothes and wear the required safety equipment. The audit will be made by Company supervisor on site. If service provider's employees are found not wearing the required safety equipment at work, Company will impose a fine per incident per employee. In case of repeated violation by same employee, will lead to definitive removal from the site and in case of repeated violation by same Company, the contract will be cancelled. In case Service Provider is found unable to provide the required safety equipment (PPE) immediately, Company will provide the same and a fine will be charged on Contractor's pending invoices.
